The union contributes financially to organizations that care for and support underprivileged members of society — both in North America and in Nigeria. These donations reflect OPUNA’s commitment to compassion, community development, and social responsibility.
Helping New Members Settle
To ease the transition for newly arrived members, OPUNA provides practical support such as fare-saver tickets and pocket money to assist them in finding jobs and settling down. The Benefits Committee determines the type and amount of assistance, ensuring help goes where it’s needed most.
